Dell Printer Paper Jam issue
At the time of printing sometimes the message displayed on your screen that is your paper is jam, it is caused by many mistakes like the paper is not loaded in the paper tray, the paper had stuck in the print head path, not feeding paper correctly and the jam clear cover which is located at the back of printer is not installed properly.

1. Paper is not insert correctly

2. Using low quality papers

3. Using low quality cartridge
Low quality cartridge is not good for printers. It can leave ink and stray behind. It will also affect in the output quality. The refilled cartridges or compatible printer cartridges also cause in paper jams.
4. Rollers are damaged
By damaging rollers cause the paper jam also the rollers pull in sheets from the input tray. These rollers overuse sometimes which cause the damage. In that case replace the roller for your printer. It is important to check your printer’s monthly duty cycle.

• Turn off the device- This will avoid any problem with electricity, heat or moving components.
• Carefully pulling out paper sheets and scraps- Pull out the paper sheets that are stuck which cause jam also the scraps. Pull the paper slowly and carefully. If you’re facing problem at the time of paper pulling or misfortune of breaking a component in the printer, call for service as soon as possible.
• open all doors leading to the paper path- if you don’t know which door leads to the paper jam, start open the input tray and the paper path to the output tray, open the every panel that you can find along the way. You saw it will also just cause more overuse, dust in the device.
• Close all doors – After close the doors again switched back on, the device should reset itself automatically. If again the message displayed that it is paper jammed check paper strays again. If again it shows then you’ll have to call the service.

• Do not overload your paper tray.
• Always use the good quality of papers.
• Never mix the different types of paper sizes in a single track.
