Step1:

Install the ink cartridges that are in the printer box at the time of shipping.
• Remove the ink cartridge from the box. Carefully only touch the black plastic on the ink cartridge.
• Remove the plastic tape.
• Do not replace the protective tape on the contacts also do not touch the copper-colored contacts or the ink nozzles.
• Then insert the ink cartridges into its slot by holding them by their sides with the contacts, and then gently push the ink cartridge until it fixes into place.
• Always install it on the left and the back ink cartridge on the right.
• After these steps close the ink cartridge access door, and then close the output tray.
Step4:
Loading paper into the input tray
Load plain and A4-type paper in the tray after installing the ink cartridges.
• In the first step raise the input tray.
• Then slide the paper width guide all the way to the left.
• Also load the stack of plain paper into the tray.
• Slide the paper in the tray to the right until it rests at the edge of the paper.
• To pull out the tray extender, lower the output tray and then pull it.
Step5:
Download and install the printer software
After setup your hardware now you can install the printer software.
Visit the website of HP search for the model name and download the software.
