Brother Printer suddenly stopped working

• Now tap on the cancel.
• And after this once your print job is removed, you also need to perform the same action to cancel other commands.
Step 2- The power cycle
When you will cancel the print commands. it’s time to restart the device. So at that time you need to power cycle your devices in the following steps:
• First you need to reboot the computer.
• Then unplug the power cable from your printer. Plug it again after a minute.
Step 3: check your USB wire-
If you’re using the brother printer through USB wire. Make sure your USB wire is in working good condition.
1. Firstly disconnect the usb wire from your printer and device. Wait for a minute, the reconnect it.
2. Connected with a different slots on your pc.
3. Before connect check your USB cord is not broken. It it is broken so, you need to replace it.
4. After changing the slot restart your printer and computer.
Step 4- Update the USB driver-
Sometimes because of the USB driver your printer is not responding when the USB driver is outdated you system is not communicating with the printer.
So, below some steps to update the USB driver.
1. Press windows and R key to open the run window.
2. Then type Devmgnt.msc in the run box.
3. Also press the OK button.
4. After this expand the Universal serial controller window.
5. Then Right-click on the USB driver.
6. Showing a update driver option click on it.
7. And if you want to update automatically search the automatically for updates option.
After the update is done, click on the finish button.
Step 5- Check the wireless connection-
One more reason that your printer is not responding it that If you using through wifi then check your connection.
Sometimes the printer or computer is not connected to a main network. So you need to check the wifi status on the computer and printer.
At such time also it shows the offline error so at that moment connect the computer and printer to a similar network.
